Here, Daisy is nearly two months old, and looking a bit cheeky on her jungle mat, more of which later.
A day before Daisy is two months old, she struggles to see from under her pink out-suit.
I lift up the hood and she gives me a cheeky smile, made all the more cute by the little ears on top.
Look into my eyes, look directly into my eyes.
Post-feed, I give her the ol' wind pat, and she seems very comfortable.
One of the advantages of having a baby is that you can dress them up as you see fit. Here Lynne tries a ridiculous looking summer hat on Daisy, which she does manage to pull off (not in the removal sense).
Aware of being photographed, she sticks a cheeky tongue out.
Here is Daisy on the aforementioned jungle mat. We position her near one of the struts so that she can activate the music which stops and restarts when it detects movement. It's safe to say that we are now very familiar with the music.
Almost 10 weeks old (in the above shot too), I try Daisy in the sitting up position, cheating a little by having both the arm and the back supporting her. She looks a little like she is pretending to drive a car.
And still does, strangely.
Here is Daisy on the changing mat. I thought I would illustrate just how long-legged Daisy has become. One of her favourite games is pushing herself up the changing mat using her feet on the edge of the furniture (and also on me).
Daisy insists on doing her Elvis impersonation with the big collars.
It would be remiss of me not to mention her auto-rocking chair, a very good investment. She certainly seems happy enough with it anyway.
That's all for now...
Right, it's been a while, but hey I've been busy. Sometimes, being fed milk is sooo tiring. Daisy occasionally flops backwards, completely zonked. (She's ten weeks old here.)
A week later, and another sleeping shot. When a bit tired, Daisy is placed in the auto-rocking chair in the kitchen. It's where she likes it, with indie music playing in the background, staring at the lights, perhaps with the vibration feature on.
Twelve weeks old now, and chilling with, erm, a pink rabbit on the sofa.
The rabbit in the shot above was from Nana Sue, who spent a couple of hours of the morning before she headed to Florida playing with her granddaughter.
Later that day, Daisy chilled on her play mat, but was more interested in watching the Test match (England vs Sri Lanka at Cardiff).
Here's a close-up of that rather fetching red number.
Whilst in the rocking chair, Daisy likes playing with the musical flower, which makes noises when she taps the flower head.
Lynne could not resist a Daisy Duck bib.
The seam between the two cushions provides a good settling point for Daisy, who's not yet ready to support herself whilst sitting up yet, so she occasionally needs putting upright.
From the angle of her face, and the intensity of her eyes, I am pretty sure she is watching TV right now, which is an advantage of sitting on the sofa.
After a bath, it's time to snuggle up in a big pink towel.
Leaving as little as possible exposed.
This is what happens when I leave Daisy with the Schofields. Poor thing.
She seems oblivious, though.
On the play mat, her latest favourite move is lifting her legs high up and slamming them both down together. Here, she is a couple of days short of three months old.
That's all for now.
