General comments: A brand spanking new place (well, it was) situated at the start of the curry mile (heading out from the centre of Manchester), the spaceman curry posse swiftly gave Zaika a try.  And then, spaceman has found out, not long after it shut - it must have been too quiet too often.

"Well, of course I am biased, but I stand by my previous assessment that I thought the food was really good.  Both my sheikh kebab and my chicken bhuna were a little (but not excessively) more spicy then usual, but all the better for it.  The downside was the atmosphere - more specifically that we had exclusive use of it.  It was far busier when we went on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago and I was surprised at how empty it was last night - especially given its proximity to Whitworth Park halls of residence.  I was also a little put out that I had to order my first beer three times before it arrived - it was not like they were run off their feet after all.  I would (and will) definitely go back."
